Register to Vote 

There are a few ways you can register to vote. You can either vote at your polling place or apply for an absentee ballot. It doesn't matter how you vote - just that you do!

Important Dates
October 9 - Absentee Voting begins
October 23 - Voter Registration ends (for regular and absentee)
October 31 - Last day to request an absentee ballot
November 7 - Election Day

Register to Vote

The fastest way to register to vote is by downloading a voter registration form and mailing it in to your county elections office. You can also get the form at your local post office or local Democratic headquarters. Remember: the deadline to register is October 23!

  2. Mail your application to your county elections office - click here for list of offices.
  3. VOTE!

Absentee Voting

Once you have registered, you can apply for an absentee ballot. This allows you to vote anytime between October 9th and November 7th. Registered voters can apply for an absentee ballot, by mail, between October 9, 2006 and October 31, 2006. Remember: the deadline to apply for an absentee ballow is 5 p.m. on October 31, 2006.
